Biography: The 70's
I began my career playing woodwinds in the Memphis Symphony Orchestra - at the same time I played recording sessions on acoustic guitar and began arranging and writing for orchestras. These sessions included artists like Isaac Hayes, The Ohio Players, The Bar-Kays, Wilson Pickett, Staple Singers - you know, the Memphis Soul thang.  Later in that decade I switched to keyboards and arranged and played on about a gazillion more sessions for all the artists that were recording in Memphis, as well as others in Los Angeles: Jose Feliciano, Tom Jones, Johnny Mathis, The Temptations, etc.

The 80's
Lotza travel between L.A., New York, London, Toronto, Paris playing on recording sessions and writing for and conducting orchestras.  I produced a lot of French records in Paris and Montreal.at the same time I owned 3 Fairlight computers and programmed for a lot of rock bands - ZZ Top, Bon Jovi, Joe Cocker (Man, can dude sing!), etc.  In '86 I changed my mailing address from Memphis to Nashville and began working with folks there.

The 90's till now
Spent arranging and conducting orchestras with just about everybody in Nashville:   Shania Twain, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Amy Grant.  These days, I spend my time split between recording and live orchestras.  As well, I'm working fairly often in London and Dublin with those fine orchestras there.
